The Foundation

Founded by William Heritage, a veteran real estate professional with a vision to create a firm built on integrity and client service. Our first office opened downtown with a team of five dedicated agents.

1992

Commercial Expansion

Recognizing growing market demand, we established our Commercial Real Estate Division, bringing the same standards of excellence to office, retail, and industrial properties.

1998

Regional Growth

Opened three additional offices throughout the metropolitan area, allowing us to better serve clients across the region while maintaining our personalized approach to service.

2005

Investment Advisory Services

2015

30th Anniversary Milestone
