Common questions

I've never done yoga or strength training before. Can I still come?

Absolutely. We welcome complete beginners and design our classes to be accessible to all levels. Your teacher will offer modifications and guide you through everything you need to know. Everyone starts somewhere, and we're honored to be part of your beginning.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Please let your teacher know before class. We can offer modifications and alternatives to accommodate most injuries and limitations. Our trauma-informed approach means we teach you to listen to your body and honor its needs. You're always empowered to rest, modify, or skip anything that doesn't serve you.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever feels comfortable and allows you to move freely. Most students wear leggings or shorts with a fitted top, but there's no dress code. We practice barefoot, and we have a casual, judgment-free environment.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

We provide mats, props, and everything else you need. You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. We clean all shared equipment thoroughly between uses.

How do I book a class?

You can book through our online scheduling system (link in email after registration), by calling us at (555) 123-4567, or by using the contact form above. For your first free class, just let us know which class you'd like to attend and we'll reserve your spot.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before class if you can't make it. This allows someone on the waitlist to take your spot. We understand life happens, and we try to be flexible while also respecting our teachers' time and our community's access.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes! Private and semi-private sessions are available with all our teachers. These can be customized to your specific goals, schedule, and needs. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Can I bring a friend?

Please do! Practicing with friends can be wonderful. If you have an unlimited membership, you get one guest pass per month. Otherwise, your friend is welcome to attend as a drop-in or use their own first free class.

We can't wait to meet you
