We encourage you to explore multiple offerings. The practitioner who flows through Vinyasa on Monday, lifts mindfully on Tuesday, and restores deeply on Friday is building a sustainable, balanced practice that serves them for life.
Dynamic movement synchronized with breath
Vinyasa means "to place in a special way." In our Flow classes, each movement is deliberately sequenced to create heat, build strength, and cultivate the meditative quality that arises when breath and movement become one.
You'll move through sun salutations and standing sequences, exploring balance, inversions, and creative transitions. The pace is steady but not rushed. We move with intention, never sacrificing alignment for speed.
Each class follows a traditional arc: warm-up, building heat, peak poses, cool-down, and final rest. Within this structure, every class is different, keeping your practice fresh and your mind engaged.

Mindful resistance training for sustainable strength
This is not your typical strength training class. Yes, we lift weights. But we do it with the same mindfulness and body awareness that infuses all our practices.
Each session begins with breathwork and mobility prep to ensure your nervous system is ready to receive load. We then move through fundamental movement patterns: squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, carries. The focus is always on quality of movement over quantity of weight.
We use a variety of tools: barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight. Programming follows principles of progressive overload, but we adjust based on how you feel each day. Some days you'll push. Some days you'll maintain. Both are honored.

Cultivate calm through conscious breathing and stillness
In our fast-paced world, the practices of conscious breathing and meditation are radical acts of resistance. They are invitations to pause, to feel, to simply be.
Each session begins with gentle movement to settle into your body. We then explore various breathing techniques: some calming, some energizing, all designed to bring you into fuller presence and nervous system balance.
The meditation portion may be guided or silent, seated or lying down. We draw from multiple traditions but always emphasize practical application. You'll learn tools you can use anytime you need to return to center.

Natural movement patterns for real-world strength
Your body was designed to crawl, climb, jump, balance, lift, carry, and flow through space in infinite ways. This class is an invitation to remember that design and explore its full range.
Drawing from natural movement disciplines, animal locomotion, and movement improvisation, we explore patterns that your body knows but modern life has forgotten. You'll spend time on the ground, moving in multiple planes, and rediscovering playful exploration.
There's no choreography to memorize. Each class presents movement problems to solve, inviting your creative engagement. You'll build remarkable strength, mobility, and coordination without it feeling like "work."

Deep rest and renewal through supported poses
In a culture that equates productivity with worth, restorative yoga is a revolutionary act. It teaches that rest is not laziness. That doing nothing is doing something profound.
Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, we create supportive shapes that allow your body to completely let go. Poses are held for 5-20 minutes each. There's no muscular engagement required. Your only job is to receive.
As you rest in each pose, your nervous system shifts from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest. Healing happens. Tension releases. The constant doing energy that drives modern life gets a much-needed break.

Monthly gathering for connection and collective practice
Once a month, we gather not for a structured class, but for collective practice and authentic connection. Community Circle is our response to the isolation epidemic of modern life.
Each gathering has a theme—often related to the season or a shared experience in the community. We begin with a brief movement practice, then move into circle discussion where everyone has a chance to share and be heard.
We practice deep listening, speaking from the heart, and holding space for whatever arises. There's tea, often snacks, and always the reminder that you're not alone on this journey.
