What happens during the complimentary consultation?

Your consultation includes a facility tour, discussion of your goals and challenges, a brief movement assessment, and a review of our programs. We'll recommend the best fit for your needs and answer all your questions. There's no pressure or obligation to join.

Do I need prior fitness experience?

Not at all. We work with clients at all fitness levels, from complete beginners to elite athletes. Our programs are fully customized to your current capabilities and gradually progress as you build strength and confidence.

What are your membership terms?

We offer flexible month-to-month memberships with no long-term contracts. Corporate wellness programs typically start with a 12-month agreement but can be customized. You can pause or cancel your membership with 30 days notice.

Can I switch programs if my goals change?

Absolutely. Your program can be adjusted at any time as your goals evolve. We conduct monthly check-ins to ensure your training remains aligned with your current objectives and we can transition you between programs as needed.

What equipment do I need to bring?

Just comfortable athletic clothing and shoes. We provide all training equipment, towels, and lockers with showers. We also have a retail area if you need to purchase any gear or apparel.

Do you offer virtual training options?

Yes. We offer hybrid programs that combine in-person and virtual sessions, as well as fully remote training for clients who travel frequently or prefer training from home. Virtual sessions include live video coaching and access to our mobile app.

How do you measure progress and results?

We use a comprehensive approach including strength testing, body composition analysis, movement assessments, and subjective wellness markers like energy and sleep quality. All data is tracked in our mobile app and reviewed during monthly progress meetings.

What makes Summit Training different from other gyms?

We specialize in serving busy professionals and organizations with evidence-based programming, expert coaching, and a professional environment. Unlike typical gyms, every client receives personalized programming and regular coaching regardless of their membership tier.
