Is Bloom right for me?
If you're looking for a welcoming, non-judgmental space to explore movement and wellness, then yes—Bloom is for you. We welcome all women regardless of age, size, ability level, or fitness background. Our focus is on how movement makes you feel, not how you look while doing it.
I've never done yoga before. Will I feel out of place?
Not at all! Many of our members started with zero experience. Our instructors offer modifications for every pose and movement, and we encourage you to honor your body's needs. If you want extra support, consider starting with our Seed & Sprout program designed specifically for complete beginners.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever feels comfortable! Most people opt for stretchy, breathable clothing like leggings and a tank or t-shirt. We recommend layers since the studio temperature varies by class type. There's no dress code—wear what makes you feel good.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
Nope! We provide mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and all other props. If you prefer to use your own mat, you're welcome to bring it. We also sell mats and other gear at the studio if you'd like to purchase your own.
Can I try a class before committing to membership?
Absolutely! Your first class is completely free, no strings attached. We want you to experience the Bloom community before deciding if it's right for you. After that, you can drop in for $28 per class, purchase class packages, or join as a member.
I have an injury/health condition. Can I still practice?
In most cases, yes! Please let your instructor know before class about any injuries, limitations, or health concerns. Our teachers are trained to offer modifications and alternatives. We always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.
