Petal Power

Discover your strength with this empowering class that uses bodyweight exercises and light weights (3-10 lbs). We focus on proper form, mind-muscle connection, and functional movements that translate to everyday life.

No gym intimidation here—just a supportive space to explore what your body can do. Build lean muscle, increase bone density, and feel powerful in your skin.

RESTORATIVE PRACTICE

Root & Restore

Give yourself permission to slow down. This deeply nourishing class combines gentle stretching, restorative yoga poses, meditation, and breathwork to activate your parasympathetic nervous system.

Perfect for stress relief, better sleep, and recovery from injury or illness. Many members describe this as their weekly "reset button." You'll leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and restored.

BEGINNER PROGRAM

Seed & Sprout

Brand new to movement or coming back after time away? This 6-week foundational program is designed specifically for complete beginners. We cover everything from breathing basics to simple poses and movements.

Small class size (max 8 students) ensures you get individualized attention. You'll build confidence, learn proper alignment, and connect with other beginners. Many graduates of this program go on to join our regular classes feeling empowered and prepared.

DANCE FITNESS

Wild Garden

Move your body with pure joy! This dance-inspired cardio class blends elements of contemporary, hip-hop, Afrobeat, and free movement. No dance experience needed—just bring your willingness to let go and have fun.

We don't count calories or push for intensity. Instead, we focus on expression, playfulness, and the simple pleasure of moving to music you love. It's cardio that doesn't feel like work.
